REFUND POLICY

Please allow 3-7 business days for our team to prepare your order before it is shipped due to order volumes.  This excludes pre-orders which have processing times mentioned in the product description. We are working to ship your order out as soon as possible.

Refund Eligibility Criteria:                                
For a refund to be processed, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused.
  • It must be in the same condition as when received.
  • The original packaging must be intact.

Return Window:                                             
Our return policy provides a 48-hour window. Upon receiving your order, you have 48 hours to determine whether you wish to keep it or initiate a return for any reason. It is essential that items are shipped back within 48 hours after receipt. Please note that refunds are not applicable all Custom made items since they are final sale.

Return Shipping Responsibility:    
Kindly note that customers are responsible for covering the costs associated with return shipping for their items. For items with a value exceeding $100, we strongly recommend considering the use of a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. These precautions are in place to provide you with added security during the return process. While we do our best to receive all returned items, we cannot guarantee receipt.

Refund Process:        
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming its receipt. We will also communicate the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed promptly.

Refund Request for Installment Purchases:
If you've used installment options such as Sezzle or Shop Pay and request a refund before the order ships, a restocking fee of 15% in addition to the 5% merchant fee will be applicable. This extra fee accounts for administrative and processing expenses related to installment payments. Please note that this extra fee policy applies exclusively to refund requests made before the order's shipment. After shipment, our standard return and refund policy will be in effect.

GIFT CARDS ARE NONE REFUNDABLE, NON RETURNABLE ITEMS.
