At Her Glam Shop, we are committed to maintaining fair, clear, and transparent store policies. Below, you will find comprehensive information about our shipping and refund policies. We encourage you to review this policy thoroughly before making a purchase, as your purchase acknowledges and agrees to the outlined policy.


For all express shipments, please be aware that these orders must undergo our standard processing time before they are shipped. 

 Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays, with shipping and fulfillment commencing after the processing period.

Custom orders, are all FINAL SALE:
Order processing for custom pieces and pre-order requires up to 21 business days, orders will be shipped after the order processing period, all orders for these pieces are final, and cancellations are not permitted. 

Please be advised of the following:

- Custom pieces are made to order. Once submitted, orders cannot be changed.

Weekends and Holidays:  
Please be aware that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Email Address and Phone Number:                   
To ensure efficient communication and order processing, we kindly request that customers provide a valid email address and phone number when placing orders. This information is crucial for order notifications and contact in case of any issues or updates. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to become available online after you receive your tracking details. Please note that shipping information may not be accessible on weekends.

Address Verification:                                         
All orders placed with Her Glam Shop must have matching shipping and billing addresses. If the shipping address differs from the billing address, your order may be canceled, or additional verification with proper identification may be required. This is a security measure to prevent potential fraud, unless already verified by our internal system.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:                              
Please be aware that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If an order is submitted with a P.O. Box address in the Shipping section, the order will be automatically canceled. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Address Accuracy:                                                
It is essential that customers provide accurate billing and shipping addresses during the order process. We do not take responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their provided addresses.

International Orders:                                        
For international orders, delivery times can vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. Expect delivery times of 7-14 business days.

Customs and Tariffs:                                    
Please note that Her Glam Shop does not cover any tariffs or custom fees associated with international orders. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. 

SHIPPING AND TRANSIT:                            
All shipments are sent via USPS/UPS. Her Glam Shop is not accountable for any lost items. In cases where your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, we kindly request that you initiate the resolution process with the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS and file a claim. Please note that all packages shipped through our service providers are insured by USPS/UPS. Once the courier takes possession of your packages, we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If you opted for Shipsurance at checkout, your package is comprehensively covered against loss, damage, or theft for the subtotal amount. In such cases, it is imperative to submit your claim immediately, which will facilitate a swift resolution process.

Shipping Delays:                                             
Her Glam Shop does not accept liability for late shipments arising from holidays, natural disasters, weather-related delays, or any delays attributed to our courier partners. We prioritize transparency and advise customers to factor in these considerations when anticipating their package delivery. For Pre shipment/label created this means your order is being prepared for shipment or the tracking hasn’t updated in the system. please allow an additional 24-48hrs for your tracking to update especially over the weekends.


Returned Packages:        
In the event that your package does not successfully deliver and is subsequently returned to Her Glam Shop, you bear the responsibility for any additional shipping fees incurred. We are not responsible for any refused or returned deliveries. Alternatively, we offer the option of a store credit to repurchase your order with the correct address. This approach ensures the successful delivery of your desired items.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS                                 
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to facilitate the refund process. 

Return Window:                                              

Our return policy provides a 3-4 days window for an exchange or return for a store credit only. Upon receiving your order, you have 3-4 days to determine whether you wish to keep it or initiate a exchange for any reason. It is essential that items are shipped back within 3-4 days after receipt. Please note that refunds are not applicable to any CUSTOM MADE PIECES.

Return Shipping Responsibility:     
Kindly note that customers are responsible for covering the costs associated with return shipping for their items. For items with a value exceeding $100, we strongly recommend considering the use of a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. These precautions are in place to provide you with added security during the return process.

Refund Eligibility Criteria:                                  
For a refund to be processed, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused.
  • It must be in the same condition as when received.
  • The original packaging must be intact.


Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming its receipt. We will also communicate the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed promptly.



ORDER CANCELLATIONS:                          
Order processing begins immediately upon order submission. Therefore, modifications to orders, including address changes, product alterations, shipping method adjustments, or cancellations, cannot be accommodated. Please double-check your order before finalizing it. Any order cancellations request may incur 10% cancellations fee

ORDER RETURNS:          
If an order is returned to us by the postal service, a $15 re-shipping fee will be applied to resend the order. Should you decide to cancel the order after it is returned to us, a $15 deduction will be made from the original shipping cost, in addition to a 15% restocking fee.
