SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING & PROCESSING: Please allow 2 -4 business days for an order to ship after order processing. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days or order processing days. Order processing takes 3 days. All goods ship via USPS.  If an order is lost or stolen, please contact www.usps.com or send us an email and we will file a claim on your behalf. All orders are processed and ship during business days only. After an order has been shipped it takes 2-5 business days for delivery within the United States.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  Can take up to one - two weeks to receive after shipment. We are not responsible for any customs fees that occur.  A tracking number is emailed to your email on file once your order has been shipped. Please make sure your email is correct. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours before tracking info becomes visible online after receiving your tracking information. Shipping info may not be available on the weekends! 
ORDER RETURNS: If an order is returned to us from the postal service, we will have to charge an $11 re-shipping fee to re-ship the order. If you decide you would like to cancel the order after it is returned to us, $11 will be deducted from the original price for shipping, plus a 15% restocking fee. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR INFORMATION IS CORRECT.
BILLING ADDRESS: If your billing address differs from the shipping address, we will request a photocopy of your ID with the matching billing address to verify your order. This is to ensure the order is not fraudulent. If your billing address cannot be verified, we will have to cancel the order and issue a refund.  

REFUNDS: Due to Covid-19 Our return policy last for 3 days from date of purchase. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  We maintain strict standards for quality assurance. All of our orders have been inspected prior to shipping. ALL REFUNDS IF ISSUE WILL BE IN THE FORM OF A STORE CREDIT.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept products that are intimate or white clothing due to the nature of the products they are easily stained and or unhygienic. 

Additionally GIFT CARDS ARE NONE REFUNDABLE, NON RETURNABLE items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued.

THERES ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND ON SALE ITEMS. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

When mailing back items, you must send us the tracking info so that we are able to track the package upon delivery.
